1.  General Shipping Information:

  1. Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 days (excluding weekends and holidays) and then shipped.
  2. Shipments subject to carrier performance restrictions. This includes but is not limited to; severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond our control. 

2. Shipping Cost

  1. We offer Free Standard Shipping on most orders.
  2. Additional shipping fees may apply for remote areas or specific products.

The free shipping offer is limited to standard ground shipping. Shipments are subject to the carrier on-time performance and availability. 

Shipping terms may be updated as we continue to improve our services.

3. What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to: 

  • United States 

We are continuously working on expanding our shipping coverage and may add more countries in the future.

Notes:

We cannot ship items to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

4. Shipping Time: 

Estimated delivery time:

  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days

Please allow additional time during holidays or peak seasons.

5. How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order has been shipped:

  1. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  2. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

6. Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route, but you can cancel an order within 60 minutes and reorder with the correct details.
Notes:
If the order is canceled by the customer more than 1 hour after placing an order, the customer must bear any return shipping fees that may apply.
If an incorrect address is provided, we will do our best to assist. However, GLITCHTEC is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

7. What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours at contact@glitchtec.com with photos of the product. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

9. Lost or Delayed Shipments

 Shipping delays may occur due to:

  • High demand
  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions
  • External factors
