We stand by our products with a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee from the date your order arrives at the designated delivery address. If you’re not completely satisfied, contact our support team at contact@glitchtec.com to initiate a return.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund:

  • Unused & Undamaged: Products must be in original condition with no signs of wear, tear, or customization.
  • Complete Packaging: All accessories, free gifts, and original packaging (e.g., boxes, manuals) must be included.
  • Proof of Purchase: Valid order confirmation or invoice from GLITCHTEC Official Website (https://www.glitchtec.com/) is required.

How It Works

1. Contact Support: Email us within 30 days of delivery.

2. Return Shipping:

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, GLITCHTEC will cover the cost or provide a replacement/refund.
  • Non-quality issues: Customer covers return shipping costs.
  • In some cases, we may issue a refund without requiring the item to be returned.

3. GLITCHTEC Inspection: Once your return request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

4. Refund Method: Funds will be credited to your original payment account.

⚠️ Late Returns: Refund requests for non-defective products after 30 days cannot be processed.
